Fasthosts processes are inherently problematic. Whoever created things was either stoned or clueless. In fact, they fail to accept payment from domain technical contacts. Test them prior to purchasing their service. Email support@fasthosts.co.uk and see if your enquiry is addressed or instead if you get blanked! Fasthosts puts huge numbers of roadblocks such that technical support is virtually inaccessible. My considered opinion any choice apart from Fasthosts is a good one. Avoid as fast as your feet can carry you.

Having problems with a php feedback form hosted on Fasthosts. I know that extra lines of code have to be added and your post does help to a point. Any chance that someone could post the full php script/code for a feedback form hosted on fasthosts that works. Nowhere on the web, as far as I can find, is it posted. If someone could post a working script, including the form, it would be like gold dust.

I was recently at home for Christmas, and while discussing with my Step Dad about why Loss-less formats are better than MP3s, especially for listening through a stereo, we worked out that his total CD collection in mp3 format would be roughly 10 to 12 terrabytes. In WAV format that would be between 22 to 24 terrabytes!! Try listening to all those at work!

Mark before I would have agreed with you but they have improved greatly over the last 12 months, I have been with them 7 years, they offer affordable hosting and the reseller package offers good value and 24/7 support.

Unless you have a big budget and can go to rack space I cant think of anyone better.

Who do you use?
